Pvc Control Cable

Pvc Control Cable
Product Introduction:
PVC has been used in cable manufacturing for decades. It is stable, cost-effective, and supported by a mature production process. Our PVC control cable is built on this proven material system. We use high-quality PVC for both insulation and outer jacket. The insulation provides good dielectric strength and toughness, making it resistant to cracking under normal industrial conditions. The outer jacket offers resistance to abrasion, oil, and corrosion. There are no complex or experimental materials—just stable, well-controlled manufacturing at every step.

This cable is suitable for a wide range of industrial applications. It can be installed in control cabinets, cable trays, and conduits. It is commonly used for PLC switching signals, equipment start/stop commands, and indicator power transmission.

The conductor is high-purity oxygen-free copper, ensuring stable conductivity and low heat generation during operation.

We offer both solid-core (KVV) and stranded (KVVR) versions. Solid-core is ideal for fixed installations, while stranded-core is better for applications requiring light bending or easier routing.

A shielded version (KVVP / KVVRP) is also available, using a tinned copper braid to improve performance in environments with VFDs or other high-interference equipment.

Always in stock for large projects

We maintain strong production capacity for this product, and standard specifications are regularly stocked. Manufacturing follows GB/T 9330 and IEC 60227 standards, and the cable is CE and RoHS certified.

Core counts range from 2 to 61 cores, and conductor cross-sections range from 0.35mm² to 10mm². Flame-retardant versions (ZR-KVV) are also available upon request.

For export orders, we provide full test reports and customs documentation, along with moisture-proof and shock-resistant packaging to ensure safe transportation.

As a fundamental product for large engineering projects, it offers strong cost advantages and stable supply.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Does PVC cable deform at high temperatures?

A: Standard PVC is typically rated for long-term operation at 70°C–80°C. Our PVC control cable uses an improved heat-resistant PVC compound, with a long-term operating temperature of up to 80°C and tolerance for short-term temperature peaks. If the ambient temperature exceeds 80°C, we recommend XLPE or silicone rubber insulation. We can help select the most suitable material based on your working conditions.

Q: Can you provide free samples?

A: Yes. For standard PVC control cables, we offer free samples; you only need to cover the shipping cost. Samples allow you to test conductor resistance, insulation performance, and mechanical flexibility. For non-standard specifications, samples can be provided at a reduced cost, and the sample fee can be deducted from future bulk orders.
