2. Product Line Expansion (2020–2022)

1) Added power cables, low-smoke zero-halogen (LSZH) flame-retardant and fire-resistant cables, intrinsically safe explosion-proof cables, and high-temperature specialty fluoroplastic cables;

2) Expanded the product portfolio to include thermocouples/thermal resistors, instrument enclosures, and cable trays for integrated supply, transforming from a single-product cable manufacturer into a comprehensive supplier of cable and instrumentation systems;

3) Established designated supplier relationships with domestic petrochemical, metallurgical, and new energy equipment manufacturers; built up a comprehensive inventory meeting all national standards.

3. Scaling Up and Launching Export Operations (2023)

Increased registered capital to RMB 108 million; expanded facilities with new workshops and acquired a full suite of quality inspection equipment, including high-precision extruders and high-voltage withstand testers;

Officially launched export operations, making initial small-batch shipments to Southeast Asia and the Middle East; established customs declaration and commodity inspection capabilities; and initiated the development of independent export websites in English, Spanish, and Arabic.

4. Phase of Deepening Multi-Market Exports (2024–Present)

1) Focus on two key overseas market regions: the Middle East (Saudi Arabia, UAE) and Spain plus the Spanish-speaking regions of Latin America. Key export products include specialty cables such as KGGR/KGGRP high-temperature silicone rubber cables, compensation cables, shielded computer cables, and explosion-proof intrinsically safe cables.

2) Capability to customize non-standard cables in compliance with CE, IEC, Middle East SABER, and local Latin American standards.

3) Establishment of a three-pronged sales model-combining domestic offline distribution, cross-border B2B, and a dedicated independent website-alongside the continuous refinement of product catalogs localized for Spanish and Arabic markets.

 

Our Factory
 

Anhui Yuantong Cable Co., Ltd., a manufacturer and developer of specialty cables, is located in Tianchang City, Anhui Province. Situated at the border of Jiangsu and Anhui and adjacent to Nanjing, Yangzhou, and major Yangtze River foreign trade ports, the company benefits from the local instrument cable industrial cluster and enjoys convenient logistics for both domestic and international trade. The facility covers over 20,000 square meters; in 2023, the registered capital was increased to 108 million RMB, and the plant underwent expansion and renovation. Designed as a modern factory, the complex comprises production workshops, warehousing, a quality inspection center, R&D laboratories, and office/living areas. Equipped with extensive automated machinery, the company achieves fully independent, end-to-end production-from raw material processing to the finished product.

The enterprise operates five major production workshops-covering wire drawing and stranding, insulation extrusion, cabling/shielding/armoring, power cable cross-linking, and instrument accessories-with over 30 automated production lines and a combined monthly capacity of 12 million meters. With clearly defined roles, the workshops process specialty insulated cables using materials such as silicone rubber and fluoroplastics. Key products include KGGR high-temperature cables, compensating wires, DJYPVP computer cables, KVVP control cables, and various specialty cables. The company also manufactures complementary products such as thermocouples, thermal resistors, instrument enclosures, and cable trays, offering integrated cable-and-instrument packages suitable for bulk procurement in domestic and international projects. Standard specifications are kept in stock, while non-standard customization is available to meet GB, IEC, and CE standards. Products are popular in domestic industrial and mining sectors and are exported to the Middle East, Spain, Latin America, and other Arabic- and Spanish-speaking regions.

I. High-Temperature Silicone Rubber Specialty Cables (Key Export Products: KGGR/KGG Series)

Includes KGGR/KGGRP shielded flexible silicone rubber cables and KGG/KGGPR/ZR-KGGR fire-resistant silicone rubber cables. Temperature rating: -60°C to 200°C. Widely used in metallurgy, high-temperature equipment, fans, and internal wiring for instruments and meters.

II. High-Temperature Fluoroplastic Cables (F4/F46/F40)

Includes FEP, PFA, and ETFE fluoroplastic-insulated wires, high-temperature ribbon cables, and high-temperature dual-color wires. Temperature rating: 150°C to 300°C (with ultra-high-temperature inorganic insulated cables reaching 300°C–1000°C). Resistant to acid and alkali corrosion; designed for instrumentation, military, and new energy applications.

III. Instrument Compensation Wires & Temperature Sensing Cables (RTD/Thermocouple Compatible)

Includes compensation wires with various calibration grades (KX, KC, SC, EX, JX), shielded compensation cables, and RTD temperature-sensing triad cables (e.g., 8×3×0.75). Compatible with temperature sensors, thermal resistors, and DCS control systems; standard equipment for the chemical industry and power plants.

IV. Shielded Computer Cables

Includes DJYPVP, DJYPV, and DJYP2VP2 computer cables featuring individual and overall shielding. Designed with a twisted-pair shielded structure for strong interference resistance; used for automation control systems, DCS projects, and instrument signal transmission.

V. Control Cable Series

Includes KVV/KVVP shielded control cables, KVVR flexible control cables, and KVVRP multi-core shielded control wires (450/750V). Suitable for industrial and mining sites, power plants, and wiring for complete control cabinet assemblies.

Includes YJV/YJV22 armored power cables, WDZ/YJY low-smoke zero-halogen (LSZH) cables, and NH fire-resistant cables. Covers cross-linked cables rated 35kV and below; used in infrastructure, power plants, and real estate projects. VII. Explosion-proof Intrinsically Safe Specialty Cables

IA-DJYVP intrinsically safe computer cables and shielded control cables; for instrumentation wiring in explosion-hazardous areas within the petrochemical, coal mining, and chemical industries.

The project warranty period is 12 months from the date of delivery. During this period, for any issues arising from product quality, we provide comprehensive "Three Guarantees" services-repair, replacement, or return-at no cost. We guarantee a response time of 12 hours for urgent faults and 24 hours for routine issues, with on-site resolution completed within three days. For issues unrelated to product quality, we remain committed to providing technical assistance and doing our utmost to resolve any operational challenges faced by the customer.Furthermore, we offer end-to-end technical implementation services.
