Each core is individually insulated to ensure electrical separation and minimize signal interference. The conductor is made of high-purity oxygen-free copper, providing uniform resistance and stable conductivity for consistent signal transmission.

The insulation material is high-quality PVC or XLPE, offering strong dielectric strength and reliable isolation between adjacent cores. Both shielded and unshielded configurations are available. The shielded version uses a tinned copper braid with coverage ≥85%, providing effective protection against electromagnetic interference in environments with VFDs and high-voltage equipment.

This cable is manufactured in compliance with GB/T 9330 and IEC 60227 standards and is certified to CE and RoHS requirements. Common models such as KVV, KVVP, KVVR, and KVVRP are available from stock.

The product range covers 2 to 61 cores and conductor cross-sections from 0.35mm² to 10mm². Both solid and stranded conductor structures are available. Solid conductors are recommended for fixed installations, while stranded conductors are suitable for light movement or vibration environments.
