This cable is designed specifically for high-accuracy signal transmission.

The conductor uses high-purity oxygen-free copper, ensuring stable resistance and consistent conductivity, which minimizes signal attenuation over long distances.

The insulation is HDPE with a stable dielectric constant. Working capacitance is controlled at ≤60 nF/km, which is critical for preventing signal distortion in long-distance transmission.

Multiple shielding configurations are available:

  • Foil shielding for each pair (effective against moderate EMI)
  • Tinned copper braid overall shielding (strong EMI environments)
  • Double shielding (for complex environments with both external interference and internal crosstalk)

Q: Is there a limit to the transmission distance of instrument signal cables?

A: In principle, transmission distance depends on conductor resistance, capacitance, signal type, and system impedance. There is no fixed limit.
For standard 4–20mA analog signals, transmission can reach several hundred meters and in some cases over one kilometer. We strictly control capacitance and conductor resistance during production to ensure stable long-distance performance.
If you have specific distance requirements, we can recommend the optimal cable structure based on your system design.

Q: Can you provide RoHS and CE certificates?

A: Yes. Our products are fully certified with CE and RoHS compliance. We can provide certificate copies along with shipment for customs clearance and project approval.
For markets requiring additional certifications such as SABER (Saudi Arabia) or EAC (Eurasian market), we can also support documentation and sample preparation.
