The resistivity is very low and conductivity is excellent. This results in reduced heat generation, lower voltage drop, and improved energy efficiency.

Compared with aluminum or copper-clad aluminum conductors, pure copper also offers better oxidation resistance. Contact resistance remains stable over long-term operation, ensuring consistent performance throughout the cable's service life.

Signal transmission is stable and reliable. The insulation is made of high-quality PVC or XLPE, providing strong dielectric strength and voltage endurance. Crosstalk between cores is effectively controlled.

Available cross-sections range from 0.35mm² to 10mm², allowing selection based on load current requirements.

We offer both shielded (KVVP / KVVRP) and unshielded (KVV / KVVR) versions. The shielded type uses a tinned copper braid, making it suitable for environments with strong electromagnetic interference. The outer jacket is heavy-duty PVC, providing resistance to oil, corrosion, and aging.

A: Oxygen-free copper has a purity above 99.95% with extremely low oxygen content (below 0.001%). Standard electrical copper typically has a purity of around 99.5% and contains more impurities and oxygen. Oxygen-free copper offers lower resistivity, better conductivity, and improved resistance to oxidation. It also avoids hydrogen embrittlement at high temperatures, making it more stable over long-term use.
