The armor provides mechanical protection, but it does not affect electrical performance. Inside the cable, we use high-purity oxygen-free copper conductors to ensure stable signal transmission. The insulation is made of high-quality PVC or XLPE, providing consistent dielectric performance for control applications.

We offer both unshielded (KVV22) and shielded (KVVP22) versions. The shielded type uses a tinned copper braid with over 85% coverage, effectively reducing electromagnetic interference from industrial equipment. The outer jacket is thick flame-retardant PVC, offering resistance to oil, corrosion, and aging.

The minimum bending radius for armored cables is at least 12 times the cable diameter, ensuring safe installation and long-term reliability.

Dedicated production line
 

We operate a dedicated steel tape armoring production line with precise control over tape overlap and tension. Each batch undergoes voltage testing, insulation testing, and full visual inspection.

The product is manufactured in accordance with GB/T 9330 and IEC 60227 standards and is CE and RoHS certified.

Common armored models such as KVV22, KVVP22, and KVVR22 are kept in stock. We also support customized flame-retardant versions, shielded structures, and non-standard specifications. For export shipments, moisture-proof wooden reels are used to ensure safe long-distance transport.

Q: Can this cable be buried directly in the ground, or does it require conduit?

A: Armoured cables are designed for direct burial, as the double steel tape provides sufficient mechanical protection. However, we still recommend using protective bricks or warning tape above the cable route to prevent accidental excavation damage in the future. In highly corrosive soils, such as saline or coastal environments, we recommend PVC-jacketed armored versions like the KVV22 series for added corrosion resistance.
