Silicone cables operate in a wide temperature range from -60°C to +200°C. Our high-temperature silicone cable is specifically designed for stability at the upper end of this range. At 150°C–200°C, it maintains excellent elasticity, insulation performance, and jacket strength.

We use high-purity organic silicone rubber with a stable molecular structure and high thermal decomposition resistance. It does not release harmful substances at elevated temperatures. Unlike some materials, it will not soften, become sticky, harden, or crack under heat.

Silicone rubber offers a key advantage: outstanding flexibility even at high temperatures. At 200°C, it remains soft and flexible under repeated bending, unlike plastic materials that become brittle.

This makes it ideal for equipment requiring regular maintenance or moving components. The conductor uses ultra-fine stranded oxygen-free copper. Combined with high-elasticity silicone insulation, the cable achieves a minimum bending radius of up to 4× the cable diameter.

The shielded version uses a tinned copper braid with over 85% coverage, ensuring stable shielding performance even in high-temperature environments.

Q: Will silicone cable age when used at 200°C for long periods?

A: All materials undergo aging at high temperatures, but the rate varies. Silicone rubber has superior thermal aging resistance compared to standard plastics. However, flexibility and mechanical strength will gradually decrease over time.
Our high-temperature silicone cable uses an optimized compound, allowing it to operate for several thousand hours at 200°C.
For continuous multi-year operation, we recommend maintaining an ambient temperature below 180°C, or selecting higher-temperature materials such as fluoroplastics or fiberglass.

Q: Do you provide CE and RoHS certificates with shipment?

A: Yes. Our high-temperature silicone cable is certified with CE and RoHS. We provide copies of these certificates with shipment.
CE certification confirms compliance with EU safety and environmental requirements, while RoHS ensures the absence of hazardous substances such as lead, mercury, and cadmium. These certifications are commonly required for exports to Europe and the Middle East.
If additional certifications are required, such as UL for the US market, we can assist with the application process. Please note that lead times will be longer for new certifications.
