Our High temperature resistant cable is designed specifically for these extreme conditions. We select insulation systems based on application temperature requirements:
- Fluoroplastic (FEP/PFA): 200°C–260°C
- Fiberglass: up to 450°C continuous operation
- Special ceramic silicone: short-term flame exposure up to 1000°C

Stable electrical performance at high temperatures

The conductor uses tinned copper or nickel-plated copper to resist oxidation at elevated temperatures. This ensures stable conductivity over long-term operation.
For shielded versions, we use heat-treated tinned copper braid that maintains structural integrity without delamination or breakage under thermal stress.
The jacket material is matched to the insulation system to ensure consistent thermal and mechanical performance across the entire cable structure.
