Our High temperature resistant cable is designed specifically for these extreme conditions. We select insulation systems based on application temperature requirements:

  • Fluoroplastic (FEP/PFA): 200°C–260°C
  • Fiberglass: up to 450°C continuous operation
  • Special ceramic silicone: short-term flame exposure up to 1000°C

This is not just heat resistance-it is engineered stability under extreme thermal stress.

The conductor uses tinned copper or nickel-plated copper to resist oxidation at elevated temperatures. This ensures stable conductivity over long-term operation.

For shielded versions, we use heat-treated tinned copper braid that maintains structural integrity without delamination or breakage under thermal stress.

The jacket material is matched to the insulation system to ensure consistent thermal and mechanical performance across the entire cable structure.

Q: Which is better, 450°C fiberglass or 200°C fluoroplastic?

A: There is no absolute "better" option-it depends on the application environment.
Fiberglass supports higher continuous temperatures (up to 450°C), but it is less flexible and performs poorly in humid or corrosive environments. It is best suited for dry, fixed high-temperature installations such as kiln wiring.
Fluoroplastic (FEP/PFA) is rated for 200°C–260°C and offers better flexibility, moisture resistance, and chemical resistance. It is suitable for environments with humidity, oil, or corrosive gases.
We select the appropriate material based on temperature, humidity, chemical exposure, and mechanical movement requirements.

Q: Can you provide samples before mass production?

A: Yes. For high-temperature cables, we strongly recommend sample testing before mass production due to the complexity of operating conditions.
We can produce samples according to confirmed specifications so you can test them in real operating environments. After verifying thermal performance, electrical performance, and flexibility, we proceed with mass production.
Sample costs can be deducted from the final bulk order.
