Our Fire resistant control cable is designed to ensure these critical signals continue to function under fire conditions. Mica tape is applied around each conductor. This mica insulation layer is highly heat-resistant and, at temperatures up to 800°C, forms a ceramic-like protective barrier that maintains conductor isolation and circuit integrity.

Even if the outer sheath is destroyed by fire, the internal circuit can continue to operate for a defined period.

This cable features a multi-core structure, allowing multiple control signals to be transmitted within a single cable.

It supports transmission of start/stop commands, status signals, and feedback circuits in one installation, improving wiring efficiency and system organization.

The conductor uses high-purity oxygen-free copper, ensuring stable conductivity under normal operating conditions.

The outer jacket is flame-retardant PVC, which helps prevent flame propagation during non-fire conditions.

Optional configurations include:

  • Shielded version: tinned copper braid with ≥85% coverage for EMI protection
  • Armored version: steel tape armor for enhanced mechanical protection in buried or outdoor installations
