Our High temp ribbon cable solves this problem with a flat design. The cores are arranged side by side in a single plane, forming a flat ribbon shape. This structure does not easily twist or tangle. It moves smoothly through tight spaces and uses vertical space more efficiently.

The flat structure is made of silicone or fluoroplastic. These materials can withstand temperatures up to 200°C. At high temperatures, the cable remains flexible and does not harden or crack.

The conductor uses ultra-fine stranded copper, designed for high-frequency bending.

The shielded version uses a flat braid. Our braiding machines ensure uniform coverage across the flat structure, with no broken strands or gaps. The shielding performance remains stable and effectively protects against EMI.

Q: What is the minimum bending radius for High temp ribbon cable?

A: This depends on the bending direction.
In the flat direction (across the width), the bending radius can be relatively small because each core bends independently.
In the thickness direction, the cable behaves more like a flat beam and requires more space. We recommend at least 6 times the cable thickness for thickness-direction bending. In the flat direction, a smaller radius is possible.

Q: Can you customize the width for my application?

A: Yes, fully. Width, thickness, core count, and conductor size can all be customized.
