Standard high-temperature cables are often not flexible enough and may fail after repeated bending. Standard flexible cables, on the other hand, cannot withstand high temperatures and tend to age quickly.

Our high-temperature flexible cable is designed specifically for this "heat + motion" environment. The insulation and jacket materials are made of silicone or fluoroplastic, both capable of withstanding temperatures up to 200°C. The conductor uses ultra-fine stranded oxygen-free copper, ensuring excellent flexibility.

This combination of flexibility and heat resistance is achieved through optimized material selection and structural design.

For the conductor, ultra-fine strands with tighter stranding reduce internal stress during bending, significantly improving fatigue resistance.

For insulation and jacket materials, silicone maintains excellent elasticity at high temperatures, while fluoroplastic remains stable and flexible without becoming soft or sticky, unlike conventional plastics.

The shield uses a heat-treated tinned copper braid with over 85% coverage, ensuring stable shielding performance even under continuous high-temperature movement.

A: Under standard test conditions, our high-temperature flexible cable can withstand over 5 million bending cycles.
Actual service life depends on bending radius, speed, tension, and operating temperature. We recommend a minimum bending radius of 4 times the cable diameter and avoiding excessively tight bending.
For applications with extremely frequent movement (e.g., more than 30 cycles per minute), we can provide an enhanced flexible version with optimized conductor stranding and jacket formulation.

Q: What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

A: Our standard MOQ is 100 meters. For testing purposes, smaller sample lengths can be provided.
