Our High temperature ribbon cable is designed for this requirement. It uses silicone or fluoroplastic insulation materials. At temperatures of 200°C–260°C, both electrical and dimensional stability are maintained.

The cable does not expand and jam inside guide rails, nor does it shrink and affect core spacing under heat.

The flat structure provides better heat dissipation compared to round cables. With a larger surface area exposed to air, heat is released more efficiently. As a result, internal temperature rise is lower in high-temperature environments.

The conductor uses ultra-fine stranded oxygen-free copper, designed for repeated high-frequency flexing.

The one-piece flat jacket offers strong resistance to thermal aging and combustion, making it suitable for long-term use on heated equipment or moving systems.

A: Fluoroplastic offers higher temperature resistance, up to 260°C, and better chemical resistance. It is suitable for environments with both high heat and chemical exposure. However, it is slightly stiffer and less flexible than silicone.
Silicone is suitable for temperatures up to 200°C and offers better elasticity and softness.
If your operating temperature is below 200°C and flexibility is important, silicone is recommended. If the temperature ranges from 200°C to 260°C or involves corrosive conditions, fluoroplastic is the better choice. We can recommend the most suitable option based on your application.
