The secret lies in the materials and design. We start with high-purity oxygen-free copper conductors. This provides low resistance and consistent signal transmission. The HDPE insulation acts as a stable barrier that helps prevent capacitive coupling. This significantly reduces crosstalk, ensuring that the signal from each transmitter reaches the control room without distortion.

Strong Defense Against Electrical Noise
 

Our cable features a two-layer shielding system. We wrap each pair of wires with an aluminum foil shield to isolate individual signal pairs. Then we add a dense tinned copper braid around the entire cable. This dual-shielding system blocks high-frequency electromagnetic interference (EMI) and radio frequency interference (RFI) from motors and variable frequency drives (VFDs). The cable's working capacitance is below 60 nF/km, helping maintain stable signal transmission over long distances.

We provide both unarmored and armored versions. The unarmored type offers a small bending radius for easy installation in crowded control cabinets. For direct burial or harsh outdoor environments, we can add steel tape armor to protect the cable from rodent damage and mechanical impact. We perform 100% electrical testing on every cable we manufacture. Our products comply with CE and RoHS requirements.
