Silicone rubber is one of the most flexible materials available. When formed into a flat ribbon structure, this flexibility is further enhanced.

Our silicone ribbon cable combines the high temperature resistance and elasticity of high-purity silicone with the anti-tangling and space-saving advantages of a flat design.

It remains soft across a wide temperature range from -60°C to +200°C. It does not become soft and sticky in high temperatures, nor does it become hard and brittle in low temperatures. This makes it highly suitable for applications in cold storage and high-temperature oven environments.

Excellent compression recovery

High-purity silicone also offers excellent resistance to compression set. When the cable is pressed by a cabinet door or rubbed inside a cable guide, conventional jacket materials may deform permanently.

Silicone, however, quickly recovers its original shape. Its high elastic recovery rate helps maintain stable flat structure and conductor positioning even under frequent mechanical pressure.

The shielded version uses a tinned copper braid, providing uniform coverage across the flat structure and maintaining stable shielding performance.

One-piece extrusion for stability

This cable is produced using a one-piece extrusion process, which ensures that all conductors remain fixed in position and do not shift during operation.

Our products comply with GB/T 9330 and IEC 60227 standards and are certified with CE and RoHS. Common models such as silicone ribbon KGG, flat KGGR, shielded silicone ribbon, and flame-retardant silicone ribbon are available in stock.
