Standard cables may fail within weeks or months under these conditions.

Our High flex ribbon cable is designed specifically for high-frequency motion applications. The conductor uses ultra-fine oxygen-free copper strands with a specially optimized stranding pitch. Each strand is thinner than that of standard flexible cables, reducing stress during repeated bending. At 5 million to 10 million flex cycles, stress per strand is significantly reduced, lowering the risk of breakage.

The "flex" performance of this cable is comprehensive. The conductor is flexible, the insulation is flexible, and the jacket is also highly flexible.

The insulation uses a high-elasticity compound that resists cracking under continuous bending. The jacket is made from a special high-flex material that resists wear, twisting, and mechanical fatigue.

The entire cable bends smoothly like a belt, with minimal spring-back force. It does not pull on terminals or connectors during movement.

The shielded version uses a specialized braiding process that maintains shielding integrity during continuous flexing. There are no broken shield strands and no degradation of EMI shielding performance.

A: We use dedicated flex testing equipment to simulate real operating conditions, including bending radius, speed, and frequency. Samples are tested continuously until failure, and cycle data is recorded.

A: Yes, we can provide a reinforced version.
It uses finer copper strands, a tighter stranding pitch, and a more fatigue-resistant jacket compound. The flex life can be increased by approximately 1.5 to 2 times compared to the standard version.
