Our core engineering capability lies in system-level integration. In complex industrial projects such as petrochemical plants, multiple risks often coexist, including explosive gases, strong electromagnetic interference, and long-distance underground installations.
In such scenarios, our Specialty computer cables can integrate intrinsic safety design, double-layer electromagnetic shielding, and steel tape armoring within a single cable structure. This integrated approach allows one cable to address multiple engineering challenges simultaneously, including operational safety, signal integrity, and mechanical protection.
Conductors are made of oxygen-free copper or tinned copper. Insulation materials are selected according to application requirements, including HDPE, flame-retardant PVC, or fluoroplastic for higher temperature resistance. The working capacitance is controlled below 60 nF/km to ensure stable signal transmission and high measurement accuracy in control systems.
We have extensive experience in the development and production of specialty industrial cables. Our in-house laboratory is equipped to perform testing for flame retardancy, fire resistance, intrinsic safety performance, and electrical characteristics.
