Standard fire-resistant cables are designed to maintain circuit integrity for a limited duration under fire conditions. However, under prolonged exposure to high temperatures or severe fire scenarios, performance may gradually degrade.

Our Enhanced fire cable is engineered with an improved fire barrier structure. It incorporates multiple layers of mica tape with increased total thickness compared to standard fire-resistant constructions. This reinforced insulation system forms a more robust thermal protection layer, helping to delay heat transfer and maintain circuit integrity for a longer duration under continuous flame exposure. Critical systems such as fire pumps, emergency lighting, and safety control circuits can continue operating during fire conditions.

In addition to fire resistance, electrical stability under normal operating conditions is fully maintained. The conductor is made of high-purity oxygen-free copper, providing excellent conductivity and improved resistance to oxidation at elevated temperatures.

The outer jacket uses flame-retardant materials designed to limit flame propagation along the cable route. Both armored and unarmored versions are available. The armored structure includes a double steel tape layer, providing additional mechanical protection for underground or outdoor installations.

The rated voltage options include 300/500V and 0.6/1kV, covering a wide range of control and power distribution applications.
