Our High flex control cable is designed to address this dynamic mechanical stress. It uses ultra-fine stranded oxygen-free copper conductors, where each individual strand is precisely engineered with extremely small diameter. This structure significantly improves flexibility and enables the cable to withstand millions of bending and torsion cycles under properly designed installation conditions.

Flexible but Still Reliable

Flexibility does not compromise electrical performance. An optional high-density tinned copper braid shield with coverage of ≥85% is available to provide effective protection against electromagnetic interference (EMI) in industrial environments. This ensures stable signal transmission during continuous motion, minimizing the risk of signal distortion or control errors.
The insulation system is made of flexible PVC or XLPE, both selected for their resistance to cracking and mechanical fatigue under repeated bending stress. The outer jacket is manufactured from high-elasticity, wear-resistant compounds designed to resist oil exposure, abrasion, dragging, and mechanical tension during dynamic applications.

Every stage of the manufacturing process-from conductor stranding to insulation extrusion-is controlled to ensure long-term mechanical stability. This helps prevent conductor oxidation and insulation fatigue under continuous flexing conditions.
