This material is self-extinguishing, meaning it will stop burning once the ignition source is removed. In addition, it does not produce flaming droplets during combustion. This is a critical safety feature, as molten drips can spread fire to surrounding equipment or structures. The combination of self-extinguishing and non-dripping performance makes this cable suitable for industrial workshops, warehouses, and building installations.

Strong Electrical Performance with Stable Operation

Fire safety performance is achieved without compromising electrical reliability. The conductor is made of high-purity oxygen-free copper, ensuring low resistance, stable conductivity, and reduced heat generation during operation.

The flame-retardant PVC insulation provides high dielectric strength and long-term voltage endurance, with strong resistance to aging. Both shielded and unshielded configurations are available. The shielded version uses a tinned copper braid with coverage ≥85%, providing effective protection against electromagnetic interference (EMI), especially in environments with variable frequency drives (VFDs) and industrial machinery.

Flame retardant performance is available in Class A, Class B, and Class C grades, allowing selection based on project fire safety requirements. Each production batch undergoes full inspection, including electrical testing, insulation resistance verification, and visual quality control prior to shipment.
