Wide Temperature and Stable Electricity
The jacket refuses to powder, crack, harden or fade under prolonged UV, and the line covers -40℃ to +80℃, handling hot sun, cold brittleness, wind and sand in all seasons. Insulation and conductor hold electrical parameters over long open-air service without decay in insulation strength or conduction, preventing leakage, short and shutdown; flexible wear-resistant body fits outdoor trays, poles and equipment links.
Scene one: outdoor control routing on PV stations and wind equipment under direct sun and day-night swing. Scene two: plant outdoor networks, open-air electromechanical units and monitoring control lines against wind, rain and sand. Scene three: municipal and garden electrical links on outdoor poles where fast, adaptable construction matters.
Jacket grade, section and length follow installation position and local climate; production follows drawings. On-site photos and videos share progress on request; regular models 3 to 5 days.
Finished units go through long UV aging and temperature-cycle checks; incoming sampling and full finished tests precede pre-packing review with a report. Reinforced packing suits long-haul; EXW/FOB/DDP, 30% deposit/70% balance, 1-year warranty with after-sales follow-up.
