Shielding is a critical feature of this product. We offer two shielding options: aluminum foil and tinned copper braid. Aluminum foil shielding is highly effective against high-frequency electromagnetic interference, making it suitable for environments with VFDs and switching equipment. Tinned copper braid shielding provides mechanical robustness and achieves coverage above 85%, offering strong protection across a wide range of EMI frequencies.

For high-noise environments, a dual-shield configuration combining both foil and braid shielding is also available. This provides enhanced protection for sensitive temperature measurement signals in complex industrial conditions.

The jacket materials are designed for different operating environments. Flame-retardant PVC is suitable for general industrial use, with a temperature range of -20°C to 105°C. Fluoroplastic insulation is available for high-temperature and chemically aggressive environments, with resistance up to 200°C.
