We designed this cable with an aluminum foil shield around each pair. We also add a dense tinned copper braid around the entire cable. This prevents interference from affecting your DCS and other sensitive instruments. We make sure your control signals remain stable, even in the most demanding electrical environments.

We only use high-purity oxygen-free copper for the conductors. This lowers resistance and keeps signals strong over long distances. The insulation is HDPE, which is known for its stable electrical properties. It also helps minimize crosstalk between adjacent pairs. This attention to material quality ensures that the cable performs reliably for years.

We offer a choice of jacket materials to suit your project. You can choose either a flame-retardant PVC jacket or a low-smoke zero-halogen (LSZH) jacket. The LSZH option is ideal for environments such as subways and data centers, where safety is a top priority.

We have our own R&D and testing laboratory. Every batch goes through strict quality inspections. The braided shield provides over 85% coverage, ensuring excellent protection. This cable complies with CE and RoHS requirements and conforms to the IEC 61156 standard, making it suitable for international projects.

A: Our double-shielding system provides shielding effectiveness of better than -50 dB. This effectively blocks high-frequency electromagnetic interference from variable frequency drives and large motors. It ensures that analog signals, such as 4–20 mA signals, remain stable over long cable runs without distortion. We have supplied this cable to many chemical plants and power stations, where it has helped solve persistent signal instability issues.

Q: Can you make custom lengths or core counts for me?

A: Yes, we support custom specifications. In addition to our standard 0.5–2.5 mm² conductor sizes, we can customize different core counts, jacket colors, and special protective layers. Our custom sample development cycle is typically 5–7 working days. The sample fee can be fully credited toward your subsequent bulk order, making customization a flexible option for your project.
