Fire safety does not come at the expense of signal performance. The cable uses high-purity oxygen-free copper conductors to ensure stable signal transmission. It features our standard double-shielding structure, with an aluminum foil shield around each pair and a dense tinned copper braid surrounding the entire cable. Braid coverage exceeds 85%, providing excellent protection against electromagnetic interference (EMI) from industrial equipment. The working capacitance is less than 60 nF/km, while the insulation resistance reaches 1000 MΩ·km. These characteristics help maintain accurate signal transmission in fire-rated installations.

This cable is manufactured to comply with IEC 60332 flame-retardant requirements and also meets CE and RoHS requirements. Every production batch undergoes routine quality inspections, including vertical flame tests to verify flame-retardant performance. Common models such as ZR-DJYPV and ZR-DJYPVP are available from stock.

For applications requiring a higher level of safety, we also offer a low-smoke zero-halogen (LSZH) version. Compared with standard PVC jackets, LSZH materials produce significantly less smoke and contain no halogen compounds, helping reduce the release of corrosive and toxic gases during a fire. This makes them ideal for enclosed public spaces such as subways, hospitals, and data centers.
