The LSZH computer cable carries analog and digital signals between field transmitters, sensors and control cabinets in DCS and PLC systems, and suits data center rooms, metro tunnels, high-rise buildings, hospitals and airports. Models use a WDZ (halogen-free low-smoke flame-retardant) or WDZN (fire-resistant) prefix together with the DJ computer/instrument mark. Rated voltage is 300/500V, with selected specifications available at 450/750V. In fire, the jacket releases little smoke and no corrosive halogen gas, which aids evacuation and limits secondary damage to equipment.
Construction and Shielding
Conductor is 99.99% high-purity oxygen-free copper in fine-strand form; tinned copper is available for damp or mildly corrosive sites. Insulation uses high-density PE or XLPE, with insulation resistance not lower than 5000 MΩ·km. Copper-wire braided individual and overall shields reach no less than 85% coverage, and copper-tape wrapping is an option for lower interference levels. Twisted pairs keep inter-pair crosstalk above 60 dB against noise from inverters, large motors and nearby power cables. The LSZH polyolefin jacket contains no halogen, keeps light transmittance at or above 60%, self-extinguishes after flame removal and passes the GB/T 19666 bundle burning test. Fixed laying runs from -40℃ to 70℃, minimum bending radius ≥6× outer diameter.

Standard cable starts at 100 m, and mixed models or colors are allowed in one batch. Standard samples ship with buyer-paid freight; custom sample fees are deductible against bulk orders. A 100% pre-packing check covers conductor resistance, insulation, withstand voltage and shielding, with records supplied, and third-party inspection is accepted. Export packing uses reinforced wooden cases or pallets with drum wrapping; regular models take about 3 to 5 days, custom around one week.
